Sylvia Reddy is the Principal Strategist at BrandKraft and is a marketing expert with 20 years of experience in Europe and Asia. In her 15 years with world’s No. 1 skincare brand NIVEA she demonstrated how to build a successful brand out of a local, regional and global capacity.
Prior to setting up BrandKraft she held top managerial positions as Head of Marketing and Trademarketing for NIVEA and HANSAPLAST in Jakarta, Indonesia and as a Senior Consultant at the global marketing consultancy EffectiveBrands in Singapore.
Sylvia is one of the accredited strategic tutors for Unilever’s ongoing Marketing Foundation Program in South East Asia. She has designed and delivered a range of projects relating to strategy, positioning, insights and new product generation, activation and capability building.
Sylvia is originally from Germany and speaks German, English, Spanish and basic Indonesian. She lives with her husband and their two daughters in Singapore.
She serves on the Board of PrimeTime Business and Professional Women’s Association.
